What is involved

We keep this lightweight for your team and do most of the implementation ourselves.

  1. On-site discovery: we visit your premises, meet you or a staff member you choose, and film the collaboration. We ask what would make daily work easier with automation. It works best if you are new to OpenClaw.
  2. Build session (3 to 5 hours on-site): we build and configure the solution on location while filming the process. We focus on practical results, not theory.
  3. Service authentication: when needed, you log into tools like email, calendar, WhatsApp, or Telegram so we can connect your workflows safely.
  4. Deploy your preferred way: cloud deployment (about $20/month, runs 24/7) or local deployment on your own machine for maximum local data control.
  5. Feedback and handoff: after setup, we gather your feedback, tune the workflow, and show you how to chat with your assistant and extend features over time.

Your total time commitment: about 1 to 2 hours.
Our on-site build/filming time: about 3 to 5 hours.
